We Focus on Core Community Needs

The United Way of Langlade County targets organizations that provide Basic Needs of Food, Shelter, Safety, Education, and Childcare, within Langlade County.  When you donate to the United Way of Langlade County, you can trust that your funds will be distributed to local organizations that support these core community needs.

How Fund Distribution is Determined

United Way of Langlade County receives grant requests from organizations that support a variety of core community needs.  Our board of directors review these applications, conduct in person interviews of these organizations and selects the organization with programs that most effectively support these basic needs with within Langlade County.  Organizations that apply may receive some or all of the requested amount.
